Day Rate: £90 - £110 per day
Contract: Long-term to permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Are you looking for a rewarding SEN teaching assistant role where you can make a real difference?
Long Term Futures is seeking a patient and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a Year 5 pupil with ADHD, SEMH needs, and challenging behaviour in a welcoming primary school in Radford, Coventry (CV6). This is a long-term role with the opportunity to become permanent.

Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to adapt learning strategies.

Knowledge of de-escalation techniques, trauma-informed approaches, and behaviour intervention strategies.

Previous experience supporting children with ADHD, SEMH, and challenging behaviour..
