What we're looking for:
1. Provide expert guidance on complex HR casework, ensuring fair and thorough resolution of issues such as disciplinary, grievance, and capability matters.
2. Advise Leads and senior leadership on managing investigations that may lead to disciplinary or grievance cases.
3. Oversee recruitment and selection processes, ensuring adherence to policies.
4. Collaborate with the Finance team and payroll provider to manage payroll queries, adjustments, and ensure accurate processing.
5. Monitor and manage employee absence, identifying trends and implementing actions in line with policies to address concerns.
