Dr Challoner's has 1368 students, of which 452 are in the Sixth Form. As lead school for the Astra Teaching School Hub (Buckinghamshire) we provide an exciting range of professional development opportunities.
The successful candidate will help play an important role in shaping the quality of student teacher recruitment, ensuring recruitment compliance and supporting potential teachers from application through to acceptance on our teacher training courses, so that children and young people benefit from a highly trained and expert body of teachers.
About you
You should have the ability to meet deadlines, handle a variety of tasks at any one time, deal with complex data sets and work unsupervised. Excellent written and oral communication skills are vital for this role, as is a discreet and entirely trustworthy approach. Experience of working in a school is preferred but not essential. A flexible and enthusiastic, can-do approach, is essential.
