Our Information & Sales Assistants ensure everyone is welcome by providing excellent service standards over the phone, through email, webchat, and face to face on our front counter. The role will ensure sales are maximised and that the customer experience is always of the highest standard by providing a welcoming, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly service. This will involve working in all Information & Sales locations, and on occasion, at off-site events.

Important Dates
Interviews will take place in the week of 10 March 2025.
Successful candidates are required to attend three days of training which will be held in the week commencing 31 March 2025, 10am-5pm. This is paramount to the job role and successful candidates MUST be available for all these dates and times.
