Our client, a leading Insurer, are recruiting for an RFP Leader/Director to join the team on a contract basis at their offices in London.

* In the role you will work closely with colleagues across the business and with our Markets and Marketing teams to really bring the best the business together.

What are the main responsibilities:

1. Development of a clear RFP process and governance framework
2. Accountable for the identification, capture, management and triaging of all relevant opportunities
3. Influencing cross functional stakeholders to determine bid/no-bid decisions and the strategic fit and tender response proposition for opportunities
4. Project management of RFP responses, from pre-invitation through to post-decision, in close collaboration with broking, to ultimately maximise case by case probabilities and ensure widespread adoption of best practice
