Are you a Social Media Executive looking to join a non-profit organisation in Solihull, Birmingham? I am working with one of my long-standing clients as they begin the search for someone who absolutely loves social media, can develop social media campaign plans and manage the delivery of campaigns. You will be both creative (creating social assets and longer form content) and also love data to make strong recommendations. A great opportunity for someone who has some experience but looking to develop their career and learn from an inspiring and talented team. This is a full-time permanent role, with a salary of between £28k - £32k DOE. This lovely team has a beautiful office in Solihull, and you will be office-based 2 days a week. Not only do they have a brilliant team, but they also have several office dogs which make the office even better! Must drive due to location.
The Role
As the Social Media Executive, you will be working as part of a small digital marketing team and managing social media campaigns from end to end. You will be coming up with creative ideas in the B2B sector, creating content plans and also creating content yourself so a passion for content is a must.
About You
1. A huge passion for social media and proven experience in working across different platforms
2. Developing content plans and calendars and scheduling content with a planning tool
3. Creating fresh content and designing digital assets using Canva or the Adobe Suite
4. Sourcing, editing and repurposing content
5. Reporting on social media campaign performance and making recommendations based on the data
6. A passion for content and the ability to write longer-form content along with social media copy
7. Able to juggle multiple brands in the B2B space and love to spin lots of plates
This role is based in Solihull and will be a mix of home-working and office to suit you, a minimum of 2 days per week.
