As an Entry-Level Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving the quality of our products and processes. Under the guidance of the Quality Manager, you will assist in quality inspections, testing, and process audits, ensuring compliance with established quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about Quality Assurance and eager to develop expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify quality issues and work closely with the production team to resolve them.
* Support customer complaints, rejection investigation and preventative actions implementation.
* Participate in necessary material shelf-life management activity and further material management process.
* Provide quality engineering support across all departments, ensuring processes and products meet company and customer quality standards.
* Ensure adherence to customer specifications, quality management system requirements, and industry standards.
* Act as the key quality liaison for customers, ensuring that their requirements are fully understood and met and incorporated into purchase orders.
* Generate AS9102, or other customer required first article inspection reports.
* Review and disposition non-conforming or questionable material highlighted by QC inspectors or other personnel.
* Perform first article inspections in accordance with contractual requirements.
We’re looking for someone who:
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Familiarity with quality management systems is a plus, but not required.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent internal and external customer service.
* Exposure to working in a similar field such as manufacturing, production or quality control is a plus.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and interact with customers.
