AWS Amazon Q-CST members leverage their deep knowledge of AWS data services and data analytics in collaboration with our sales and partner teams to propose, architect, and implement transformational solutions for customers. We make customer success a reality using AWS Gen AI services as an enabler. CSAs shape and drive a customer's journey, landing initial use cases for Amazon Q from POC to Production, then proactively building roadmaps for customers to expand their use of Amazon Q across the Enterprise. CSAs have strong executive presence (including interfacing internally with L8s and L10s across orgs - WWSO, Service Teams), quickly earn trust with Account Teams and customers ranging from Enterprise Architects to the C-Suite, and be Technology Specialists with a solid understanding of business to estimate & drive ROI realization. CSAs shepherd and facilitate contract and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing, set expectations with customers and own delivery oversight. This is not a pure consultant role, nor is it a pure selling role. In this role you will bring a unique hybrid of AWS platform expertise and hands-on building, coupled with cross-industry business acumen, including a heavy dose of passion for continued knowledge acquisition and growth, and an obsession for customers. Key job responsibilities - Bring alignment between customer's technologists and business needs; help them to explore the art of the possible with Amazon Q and other AWS generative AI offerings. - Work closely with customers to lead transformation program to successfully adopt and implement generative AI solutions, measuring and communicating the realized business value and return on investment. - Discuss complex, industry-specific business concepts with executives, line managers and technologists. - Drive large, complex sales opportunities from ideation, through vision-building and scoping and close, through delivery of the solution. - Partner with key stakeholders, including executives, and technical teams, to evangelize the potential of generative AI and gain buy-in for strategic initiatives. - Engage with various AWS teams, including the Generative AI Innovation Center, solutions architects, business development, marketing, industry specialists, partners and regional organizations. - Conduct workshop sessions to identify opportunities with our customers to scope how they could deliver business value through the use of generative AI. - Serve in an advisory capacity with a team of delivery architects and builders to deliver customer's business outcome and grow Amazon Q and other Gen AI Service adoption. SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Kinesis). - Extensive years of consulting, design and implementation of serverless distributed solutions experience - Experience in software development with object-oriented language. - Experience with external or internal customer facing, complex and large-scale project. - Bachelor's degree, or 7 years of professional or military experience.
