Hours – Full Time, 40 hours per week

You will work as part of a team providing a high level of service to the patients and employees and will require the ability to multi-task in a busy retail environment. This role is a key part of the patient journey and requires very high personal standards to deliver a quality of care and world class customer experience.
Your day-to-day role will involve:
1. Covering the reception area, maintaining a priority for incoming calls at all times
2. Taking clear and concise messages
3. Communicating all messages promptly and accurately
4. Providing administrative support to the Manager
5. Maintaining stationery stocks and overseeing the ordering of new supplies
6. Performing general reception duties as required
We are looking for applicants who are confident and professional, with a passion for providing world-class customer service, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work closely with others. You should be articulate, presentable, motivated to achieve, and willing to learn and progress within Optical Express, while demonstrating confidentiality, integrity, and discretion at all times.
