Hours: Full and Part time contracts available
Salary: £13 per hour

We are seeking compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Support Workers to join our team, providing full support to 4 females and 4 males with diverse needs in Taunton.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks.
2. Encouraging participation in different hobbies such as swimming, bowling, musicals, and arts and crafts.
3. Supporting individuals in achieving their personal goals and building independence.
4. Ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
5. Providing companionship and fostering a positive, inclusive environment.

3. A passion for working with individuals who need full support.
4. The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
5. Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential—training will be provided.
