In this role, you will plan and deliver across the full Apprenticeship Standard, with a focus on work-based learning, ensuring learners are equipped with the skills needed to thrive in the electrical industry. Your Key Responsibilities will be to: Deliver engaging training sessions across the Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard, approximately 1-2 days per week. Provide on-site competence assessment and support as needed. Manage a caseload of apprentices, monitoring their progress and offering guidance throughout the programme. Collaborate with employers and apprentices to create tailored learning and delivery plans. Support learners in developing soft skills for workplace success. Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment, addressing any risks or concerns. Take an active role in your own professional development, including working towards the Award in Education and Training (AET) if required. You should/must have: Must be a qualified Electrician with 18th Edition and AM2 certification. Relevant occupational competence through qualifications and/or job experience is essential. GCSE A-C (or equivalent) in English and Maths. Assessment and verification qualifications (e.g., TAQA) are MUST. Strong observation and coaching skills to guide learners through their Apprenticeship. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with employers and learners.
