Applications are invited from suitably qualified and motivated State Registered Biomedical Scientists to join a well-established team within the Haematology and Blood Transfusion section of this busy department, which has full UKAS Accreditation. The department actively encourages further education and CPD activities. Biomedical scientists within the Haematology and Blood Transfusion section work on Coulter DxH 900, ACL Top and Immucor BT analysers. Note we are going out to tender for new equipment across Blood Sciences, with a view to installation early 2024

The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the 24 hour/ seven day service after a period of suitable training.

We are currently seeking to recruit a Band 5 BMS. We are looking for enthusiastic, dedicated, hard-working individuals able to demonstrate a flexible approach to work. The posts are for 37.5 hours a week.
This post is based at St.Georges' Hospital however the post holders may be required to work at any of the South West London Pathology sites as and when necessary.
