About the Role:
Behaviour Manager required for a SEMH school in Brent.
Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
Immediate start available.
Competitive salary based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee and manage the behaviour of students across the school, ensuring a positive and safe learning environment.
2. Develop and implement behaviour management strategies tailored to individual students' needs.
3. Lead a team of Behaviour Mentors and Learning Support Assistants to ensure consistency in approach and delivery.
4. Work closely with the SENCO and senior leadership team to create and monitor personalised behaviour plans.
5. Provide support to staff in managing challenging behaviour and offer advice on de-escalation techniques.
6. Liaise with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure holistic support for students.
7. Monitor and track students' progress, regularly reviewing behaviour plans and adjusting strategies as necessary.
8. Promote positive behaviour and help students build essential social and emotional skills for success.

3. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and support a team.
4. Understanding of SEMH and SEND, with a passion for supporting vulnerable students.
5. Experience working with external agencies and creating behaviour plans.
6. Ability to remain calm under pressure and use initiative in difficult situations.
7. Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
