This setting is looking for a Room Leader for their lovely setting!
This welcoming setting provides Early Years education and childcare to children from birth to 5 years old. You can find them in Lewisham, a 10-minute walk from Lewisham or Hither Green Station. We are proud to be one of the newest additions to this chain of high-quality nurseries. They are a roomy nursery, with plenty of natural light and separate areas for babies, toddlers, and pre-schoolers. We have lots of space for all-weather outdoor play.

Your duties will include:
* Taking charge of a key group of children
* Delivering rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps young children to develop
* Planning and providing effective care, teaching, and learning
* Safeguarding and promoting the health, safety, and welfare of children
* Working in partnership with colleagues, parents, and/or carers or other professionals to meet the individual needs of the children
* Making accurate and effective use of assessment reflecting the needs, interests, and stages of development of the individual children
* Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional care and education
* Ensuring the learning environment provides consistent stimulation and engaging activities for the children, across both the indoor and outdoor areas
* Delivering and planning rich learning opportunities and exceptional care to help all children to develop and meet their individual milestones
* Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and/or carers, as well as other professionals, to meet the individual needs of each child
* Promoting and ensuring child welfare, protection, health and safety and safeguarding procedures and policies are always followed
