Key Responsibilities: Responding to telephone enquiries from customers and engineers, ensuring efficient communication. Logging breakdowns and service requests, coordinating engineer attendance, and adhering to customer procedures for equipment repair and servicing. Maintaining effective communication with engineers and other team members. Accurately processing engineer's work orders and timesheets daily. Delivering excellent customer service and front-line support to customers and team members alike. Requirements: Strong telephone communication skills with a confident and professional manner.
