Sharps Bedrooms is the UK’s market-leading specialist retailer of fully fitted bedroom furniture. We are looking to recruit a field-based Installations Manager covering the West London, Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Middlesex postcode areas.
In this key role, you will be responsible for managing our bedroom installations within your own geographical area on a contract-by-contract basis. Reporting directly to the National Installations Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. The recruitment and management of professional installers.
2. Ensuring the highest standards of customer service.
3. Maintaining health and safety standards.
4. Delivering on time and on cost.
You will be target-driven and motivated to work towards a number of installation-driven targets, including the recruitment and retention of installers for your team. You will need:
1. A hands-on approach to resolving any specific customer issues that may arise.
2. To be self-motivated, with proven planning and organisational skills.
3. The ability to work remotely while still motivating your installers.
4. Strong interpersonal skills to encourage and communicate confidently.
