RSK Group is now hiring for a Sales Support Consultant to join the Direct Sales Team. The role will be Hybrid working from home and 1 day per week in the Helsby office with the team.
The position can be offered as Full Time or Part Time hours, can be discussed at interview stage.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Search various portals for new frameworks and opportunities that can be distributed throughout RSK.
2. Record keeping of all distributed frameworks and opportunities onto a central CRM system.
3. Chase feedback from frameworks and opportunities to record where each one is up to.
4. Actively maintain information, keeping track of all frameworks RSK has been awarded onto.
5. Keep up to date with RSK’s developing range of services to ensure advantage is taken of all opportunities.
6. Maintaining an organised Inbox both for frameworks and opportunities. Every email is to be distributed or replied to in a timely manner.
7. Provide sales support to the Business Development Directors as and when needed.
8. Consult with the prequalification support team to ensure e-portal profiles are up-to-date and accurately reflect the services offered to ensure maximisation of opportunities.
9. Update e-portal log-in details when required.
10. General sales support to the Business Development Consultants as required, including arranging sales meetings and occasional reports.
11. Receive daily opportunity notifications from various e-portals/procurement sites then distribute promptly to appropriate RSK teams.
12. Search various portals and platforms daily (and certain ones weekly) for new opportunities that can be distributed throughout RSK.
