Key Responsibilities: Execution of quality assurance activity including: Monitoring of theend-to-endREF processes inline with the REF quality assurance(QA)frameworkhighlighting any business or customers risks. Conduct quality assurance checks against operational processes.Analyse theQAtest results, identify recurringthemesandinvestigate potentialroot causes. Review of Operating Platformrecords to ensure adherence to REF data quality standards including minimum levels of data entry(nCino & Aurius)andgovernance(I.e.Document Manager, postings, adjustments, repayments and production of redemption statements) Review of I-Drive Customer files to ensure adherence with STB Records Management Policy Review of Credit risk activities to ensure adherence to STB policies and procedures Review of Companies House and Equifax activities to ensure adherence to governance Productionof periodic QA test results managementinformation (MI)pack forcirculation, providing constructive feedback to managementand liaison with appropriate stakeholders in respect of remedial action plans. Management of stakeholder meetings to discussfindings,themesand resolutionto support performance improvements. Investigation of findings and making recommendationson appropriate remedial work,process improvementsor training requirements. Create and maintain accurate and timely records ofany Operational Incidents with REFQuality Assurance &GovernanceTeamfor escalation via Operational Risk Management System Maintain up to date knowledge andunderstanding of the core products,processesand regulatory policies and proceduresin order toprovide specialist assistance and share best practice Lead & supportad-hocprojects, being a subject matter expert ensuring that all internal processes arefollowed,and actions are completed within the agreed timescales. Support REF systems release, user acceptance and regression testing in collaboration with Quality Standards Manager, SystemsAdministratorand third parties to ensure service continuity and data integrity Assist in the creation and maintenance of REF process maps and procedures incollaborationwith Quality & Standards manager Act as Change forum Secretary coordinating the agenda and minutes What you will bring Prior experience is not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided in all aspects of Quality Assurance.
