Required Skills & Experience: 5 years of experience in software or product engineering, including 2 years in a leadership role. Strong foundation in software development and systems design. Proven ability to thrive in a start-up or scale-up environment, managing rapid growth, shifting priorities, and evolving business needs. Experience working in cross-functional teams involving engineering, design, and product management. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and cloud-based architectures. Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills. Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage conflict, and drive problem-solving initiatives.
