We are currently looking for a Registered Manager for children's Home based in Batley This position involves overseeing the daily operations of a children's home, ensuring that the environment is nurturing, supportive, and conducive to the mental and emotional growth of its residents. The manager will be collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including social workers, therapists, and educational staff, to create individualized care plans that address the unique challenges faced by each child. With a salary of up to £52k, this role requires strong leadership, empathy, and a deep understanding of Learning Disabilities and Autism issues to effectively advocate for and support the children in their care, fostering a positive and transformative impact on their lives.
