In this position as Deputy Manager, you ll be responsible for the daily planning and strategising to coordinate the internal projects of the organisation. With this, you ll be a success in this role with your in-depth understanding of implementing statutory regulations regarding children s social care, under OFSTED s standards. Along with other skills such as; children-centred care, leadership, communication and operational skills.
The successful candidate will receive an annual salary of £33,000 - £38,000 depending on experience.
