Salary: £28,000 per annum
Location: Wimbledon Head Office Base
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (full time, in person role)

Key Responsibilities:
* Support and manage a care portfolio of clients, including regular touchpoints and client visits.
* Ensure effective communication and confidence in a client-facing role.
* Work closely with clients and supporting carers to ensure a stable team of carers is always rostered in advance.
* Conduct ongoing carer supervisions and annual appraisals for all carers working for your clients.
* Problem-solve and identify issues to maintain continuity of care for clients.
* Deliver the highest quality care and customer service excellence.
* This role does not have on-call responsibilities and does not require covering shifts in the community.
