About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at St Pancras Renaissance Hotel London. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional five-star luxury spa treatments to our members, hotel guests, and visitors.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide a range of luxury spa treatments, including massage, skin care, and wellness services.
* Coordinate the delivery of spa services, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
* Assist with spa reservations, reception desk, and locker room duties as required.
* Work with selected vendors to deliver outstanding guest service and retail operations.
* Take ownership of spa treatment rooms, ensuring they are presentable and clean.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
* Strong understanding of standards and procedures.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
* Level 3 Certificates on both massage and facial.
