Role Overview
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our teaching team to support students with diverse learning needs. You will provide one:on:one support, assist in small groups, and help maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities

* Provide individualised or small group support to aid in students academic and social development.
* Encourage independence and resilience through structured activities and tailored guidance.
* Foster a nurturing environment that promotes students confidence and well:being.
x1F4DA; Classroom Assistance:
* Assist teachers in delivering lessons tailored to the specific needs of each student.
* Help maintain a well:organised, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
* Monitor and report on student progress, working closely with the teaching team.

* Support students during transitions, breaks, and school outings.
* Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
* Uphold the schools commitment to safeguarding and student welfare.
