Role Responsibilities
1. The Head of IT will be primarily responsible for providing Enterprise level support to over 850 Employees across hybrid cloud resources and physical offices and Infrastructure.
2. Working closely with stakeholders and key business leaders the Head of IT will be key to driving the future success of MHR, by identifying and implementing appropriate technology solutions to meet the needs of strategic initiatives and solve business problems.
3. Define and deliver IT strategies to align to Business Objectives.
4. Operating a cloud first approach to ensure business systems support the changing dynamic of the business as it moves to a global operating model.
5. Deliver operational leadership and drive excellence through the delivery of IT services.
6. Steering the IT delivery function, encompassing client systems, IT support, application management, and supporting systems.
7. Maintain a commitment to enhancing IT functions by advancing and developing personnel, processes, and technology.
About you:
1. You will have experience leading and managing IT and technical teams to perform to their best potential, including coaching, training and development.
2. You are passionate about the use of technology and IT to improve people's day to day experiences, as well as improving business processes through automation and reducing manual intervention.
3. You are someone who has in-depth experience of delivering IT services and who is also able to communicate and promote these services to stakeholders for the purposes of business enablement and improvement.
4. You are keen to make a difference and care about what you do.
