This is a key role in the smooth and efficient running of our busy HR department, and, under the direction of the HR Manager, the HR Administrator will coordinate all aspects of HR administrative and recruitment processes whilst ensuring compliance with statutory Safer Recruitment requirements. In addition, the successful candidate will arrange for cover of classes of teachers who are absent, liaising with teaching staff, Cover Supervisors and Supply Agencies as required.Amongst other skills and abilities, the successful candidate will have:Excellent organisation and time-management skills.Previous experience of working in HR and in education would be an advantage but is not essential. Most importantly you will be efficient, keen, and quick to learn.
