Position: Processing Administrator
Location: Matlock
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: Basic salary £22,500 per annum
This role will support the Processing Team to ensure the smooth running of the branch Sales Order Processing.
Key responsibilities include:
* Processing sales orders via the iCABS system; the successful candidate will receive full training.
* Data entry, retrieval, and database maintenance, due diligence.
* Managing and monitoring various reports and data.
* Responding to queries and inter-branch communications, by phone and email.
Requirements
Administrator Requirements:
* Previous administrative experience with good IT skills is essential.
* Excellent IT skills with experience in using Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and also the Google Suite.
* Good attention to detail as you must work with a high degree of accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a Team.
* Ability to work well, to deadlines, in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Good problem-solving skills, able to use initiative and be resourceful.
* Keen and willing to learn.
