Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our equipment and systems. You will work closely with clients to ensure optimal performance and provide exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Installation and Commissioning:
o Install and configure equipment at client sites.
o Ensure systems are fully operational before handover.
* Maintenance and Repairs:
o Perform regular maintenance checks and troubleshoot issues.
o Diagnose and repair equipment failures promptly.
* Customer Support:
o Provide on-site and remote support to clients.
o Train clients on equipment use and maintenance.
* Documentation:
o Maintain accurate records of service activities and client interactions.
o Prepare reports on equipment status and service history.
* Collaboration:
o Work with the engineering team to improve product performance and reliability.
o Provide feedback on product issues and potential enhancements.
Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* Experience: [2-5 years] of experience in a service or technical support role. Experience in [specific industry or technology, e.g., HVAC, IT, etc.] is a plus.
* Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certifications:

Physical Requirements:
* Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.
