Job Purpose: The Chief Officer position brings a fantastic opportunity to lead a new management structure, driving improvement and service excellence across the organisation. Key to leading and managing the strategic direction of Facilities and Fleet Management within the Highlands, this role will be crucial to achieve successful business operations, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards, and enhancing sustainability efforts.
We are seeking a highly progressive and motivated Chief Officer who will develop high performing teams to drive service improvements. You will play a key role in Highland Council’s senior leadership team, working collaboratively in the Place Cluster and across the Council to ensure corporate and place priorities are delivered.
