We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Support Administrator to support the Associate Deans and Directors of Salford Business School and work in our established school Executive Support Team. You will support members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) as they oversee the effective delivery of both Salford Business School and university-level strategic objectives. Executive Support Administrator The School Executive Support Administrator will provide high level, confidential and comprehensive secretarial and PA support. Working collaboratively with the wider team, this role co-ordinates administrative activity and ensures that all activity is completed in a timely manner & according to standard processes. To deliver the challenges of this role the School Executive Support Administrator will be expected to demonstrate high levels of initiative, outstanding time-management and organisational skills and be able to identify creative solutions and work in a collaborative manner. The role: Provide high level of professional support for SLT members including external relations, extensive inbox and complex diary management, communications, travel, conference organisation and general secretarial support.
