Role Overview: This role is pivotal as the company’s first Growth Marketer, responsible for driving net new leads, conducting thorough market research, implementing audience segmentation, and executing impactful account-based marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Drive leads through innovative demand-generation campaigns and strategic website optimisation. Conducted in-depth market research, refined audience segmentation strategies, and executed targeted account-based marketing initiatives. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives. Analyse and optimise acquisition and retention campaigns. Optimise the website to maximise inbound traffic and conversion rates. Craft compelling custom content for outbound marketing efforts. Lead data-driven experiments to refine and scale successful strategies. Utilise analytics tools (GA, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, Salesforce, Looker) to track and report on campaign effectiveness. Requirements: Right to work in the UK. Experience: 5-7 years in B2B Growth Marketing focusing on early-stage growth. Role Experience: Background in business operations, strategy, growth, or growth marketing within high-growth B2B or top-tier tech companies.
