We are recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturer for an Key Accounts Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is responsible for retaining, maximising, and growing aftermarket sales with key customers across the UK and Ireland. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between sales and service departments, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and delivering tailored solutions to meet clients’ needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Creating and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Maintaining key customer accounts.
Onboarding customers following the completion of projects.
Preparing specifications and aftermarket quotations for customers.
Preparing and presenting business and accounts updates to the company's sales director.
Raising any customer concerns with the internal team, and finding beneficial resolutions.
Key Requirements:
Experience in industrial coatings, paint spraying or abrasives industries.
Experience in Aftermarket Sales or Key Accounts Management.
Excellent Commercial and Sales Skills.
Target Orientated.
Tenacious and self driven.
What the Company Provides:
Salary: £40-50k DOE.
Hours: Monday-Thursday (either 08:00-16:30, or 08:30-17:00), Friday: 08:30-12:30.
Company Pension (4%:4%)
On Site Parking.
