Key Responsibilities
* Lead personal sales and prospecting initiatives to sell company products, Risk Management services, and generate life leads.
* Identify untapped markets and convert prospects into loyal customers, expanding the customer base and sales pipeline.
* Handle incoming calls from existing commercial customers, providing advice, making policy adjustments, and ensuring coverage accuracy.
* Conduct renewal reviews with existing customers and up-sell coverage where appropriate.
* Create quotations for new customers.
* Generate new leads and prospects to build a robust sales pipeline.
* Engage in face-to-face and telesales activities to meet and exceed sales targets.
