The Role: As the General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of Sales Advisors and Executives, overseeing the entire sales process from customer interaction to closing deals. You will also manage sales campaigns and promotions, ensuring high standards of ethical practice and customer care are maintained at all times. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a structured sales process, providing regular coaching and support to the sales team. Work closely with customers to ensure a seamless buying experience, with regular customer interaction at all stages. Achieve sales targets and maximise profitability through effective sales strategies and promotions. Manage sales campaigns and drive sales performance whilst upholding ethical standards. Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to boost results.
