* We are looking to expand our Marine Engineering capability in all skill areas and are keen to hear from people interested in taking their careers forwards and take on Team Lead responsibilities as we build our delivery teams in the Midlands, centered around our Derby office.
Work Experience
The following skills and experience are based around the day-to-day role of the team lead, alongside project delivery. Whilst direct experience is beneficial, we would welcome anyone with experience of project delivery and task ownership to get in contact and discuss.
1. Work collaboratively with Engineering discipline leads to obtain engineering assistance required, define activities and jointly establish Statements of Work.
2. Work collaboratively with the client leadership and project stakeholders to ensure goals of engagement are fulfilled, new ideas are discussed and workstream plans implemented
3. Workload Management - Workload Planning & scheduling, Resource Management
4. Generation of engineering estimates as part of work packaging
5. Risk Management and Quality Assurance
6. Define and conduct governance meetings.
7. Drive Customer Satisfaction.
