We are looking for a part-time Warranty Administrator at our Head Office in Farnham on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The Warranty Administrator will support the Warranty Team in the day-to-day running of the department, involving communicating with JCB and suppliers to ensure claim requirements are met. This includes communicating with the Parts Department to ensure Warranty Parts are returned promptly and via the correct process. Monitoring of claim status, providing additional information as required to JCB, and advising on rejections and queries promptly to the Warranty Manager.
Responsibilities:
* Monitor and process JCB’s additional claim requirements via email.
* Organise warranty parts returns across all depots and actively partake in the returns process at Farnham.
* Update warranty dates and policy authorizations on the internal system.
* Provide holiday cover for the depots for the Warranty Administrators.
* Liaise with relevant personnel to ensure claims are processed in a timely manner.
