Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proactive, can-do attitude with a thirst for learning. Excellent time management and organisational skills. A problem-solving mindset and ability to think critically and adapt to changing requirements. No prior experience of estimating is required. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in business, finance or anyone with in interest in starting a career in (sales and marketing) What will ask you to do Assist in the preperation of detailed and accurate bid estimates. Work closely with the BID supervisor to learn and apply industry specific pricing methodologies Analyse project requirements, scope and specifications to determine cost implications Support the preperation of tender documents and proposals Collaborate with the wider team, including sales and marketing Stay up to date with industry trends and best practice to ensure bids are reflective of market conditions Provide administrative support in managing the bid process ensuring timely submission and compliance deadlines Ready to launch your career?
