Your Responsibilities:
1. Managing Our Inbound Customer Service Via Telephone.
2. Providing A High Standard Of Customer Service To Our Customers.
3. Dealing With First Time Customer Query Resolution When Possible, Dealing with Correct Escalation Procedures.
4. Using And Implementing Feedback Given From Coaching And Monitoring Sessions.
5. Maintaining High Standard Data Security And GDPR Regulations.
6. Following Your Assigned Daily Schedules and Tasks.
What Are We Looking For?
1. Somebody With A Passion For Good Customer Service for our Client.
2. Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills.
3. Punctual And Conscient.
4. Good Attention To Detail.
5. Managing Complaints.
Hours:
1. 40 Hours Per Week.
2. Monday - Friday 08:00 - 20.00.
3. 1 in 3 Saturdays 0800-1200.
Salary:
1. £11 P/H.
2. Paid fortnightly.
