Standard hours: 40 (Monday to Friday 0830hrs to 1700hrs)
Temporary ongoing, potential for the role to go longer term.
Immediate starts available.
Main purpose of post:
To assist the Site Services Manager in ensuring the Site Services Team are properly equipped, prepared, trained and informed to execute the tasks scheduled. This role will be largely administrative, completing tasks essential to the smooth running of our engineering clients operations away from their manufacturing site.
Must have a valid UK driving license as some use of a company vehicle will be required for occasional local driving.
Tasks and responsibilities:
The key objectives of the appointment are -
To assist in the planning of works, ensuring the correct equipment and tooling is available to the team on site when required.
Updating the Site Planner and the Skills Matrix as necessary, keeping account of planned works, holidays, and training requirements.
To assist with stock checking and kit/parts preparations for site activities where necessary
Provide good liaison / communication and provide positive feedback between site and office staff as required.
Be a responsible representative of the company, promoting good customer relations.
To always abide by the Company’s Culture and Values.
Person Specification:
Desirable Experience
• Solid report writing skills.
• Health and Safety awareness.
• Good IT skills

• A passion for delivering customer service excellence in a cost effective way.
• Strong time management skills and motivation – ability to work using own initiative, to deadlines and constraints (such as time).
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal formats to internal and external environments.

Training:
Full product and work-based training will be provided in-house.
