Whether that’s through digital meetings using platforms such as Teams, or state of the art office booking and wayfinding software, or through dazzling and large-scale LED wall installations, we make sure that each client has access to the technology they need to succeed.

Using a business-to-business strategy within a mainly corporate client base including office fit-out companies and facilities management companies, we build relationships with our clients that last far longer than the installation period. We have also introduced several innovative services to our roster (such as TaaS™) to better serve our client base and stay ahead of the highly competitive market.
Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* System cabling and installation of mounts, screens, and other pieces of equipment.
* Installation and setting up of video conferencing units (mainly Zoom and Teams, using hardware by Lifesize, Poly and Cisco).
* Testing audio, visual and communication quality on installation and fine-tuning for optimum result.
* Working alongside audio and control programmers to deliver a full solution to our clients when conducting your installation.
* Good knowledge of professional audio setups is highly beneficial as it’s something we specialise in.
* There will be opportunities to learn how to program control systems for clients should you take an interest in it.
Successful candidates will ideally have:
* At least two years audio visual and video conferencing installation experience.
* A strong employment history.
* Ambition to learn ever-changing technology, as there will be the opportunity to become a ‘specialist’ in products/solutions that you take a particular interest in.
* A keen interest in technology and the audio visual/video conferencing industry.
* Experience in using Microsoft Office and generally competent with Windows and Mac OS.
* Good communication skills both in writing and verbally.
Beneficial experience or knowledge might include (but there will be opportunity to undertake courses if you wish to):
* Experience with Dante audio.
* A strong working knowledge of balanced/unbalanced audio, and other elements of complex audio systems.
* Experience of programming (any form of control system such as Kramer).
Requirements:
* Full, clean UK driving licence (company vehicle will be available for use, but own transport is ideal when teams are split on occasion).
* Right to live and work in the UK.
