Our residents enjoy a fantastic quality of life supported by our amazing team to live independently, and we are looking for someone to join the team in supporting our vision of improving the quality of life for vulnerable Adults. Our residences are refurbished to an exceptionally high standard, with group events and a homely feel for our team and residents.

We are looking for someone who has a genuine desire to improve the lives of people living with physical and mental challenges, who is willing to learn and engage with our residents and progress as we grow our amazing team of people. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a rewarding role where you would be responsible for supporting our residents whether they need advice, support or somebody to talk to.
We have full-time and part-time permanent positions available.
The Setting is covered 24 hours, 7 days a week which would involve: day shifts, evening shifts, weekends & nights.
Roles and Responsibilities:
We support adults over the age of 18 who have a variety of physical and mental health conditions, from companionship and taking days out with our residents, to personal care and housekeeping. Duties are varied and flexible around your schedule. Day-to-day duties would include:
* Companionship – building great relationships with our residents, taking part in engaging activities and generally keeping our team company and supporting their emotional needs.
* Personal care - Support with bathing, showering, toileting, oral hygiene, personal grooming.
* Managing Finances – helping our residents manage their finances independently, with things like budgeting and shopping.
* Daily tasks – Supporting residents with their daily tasks such as laundry, cleaning, cooking and preparing meals and snacks.
* Medication – support with administering, prompting and reordering.
* Mobility support – from supporting with frames up to hoisting.
* Appointments - Support in making and attending appointments, personal, medical and financial.
* Activities – Supporting with hobbies, work-based interests and community events.
* Night support - Sleep-in or waking night support if required.

* 10 hour shift
* 12 hour shift
* 8 hour shift
* Day shift
* Night shift
