The Role:
* Position: EYFS Teaching Assistant
* Location: Wednesbury, West Midlands
* Hours: Full-time, 5 days a week
* Start Date: ASAP
* Contract: Long-term placement through Protocol Education
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Helping little learners take their first steps in education through creative and play-based activities.
* Supporting children in the Nursery and Reception classes, ensuring their individual needs are met.
* Encouraging confidence, curiosity, and independence in every child.
* Creating a fun and engaging learning space where children feel happy and safe.
* Working closely with teachers and parents to ensure every child gets the best start to their learning journey.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ A Level 3 EYFS qualification – Essential.
✔ Experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.
✔ A positive, energetic approach to working with children.
✔ Availability to work full-time, 5 days a week.
✔ Great communication and teamwork skills.
