Your Role:
1. Lead, manage, and inspire a team of care professionals.

3. Oversee the daily operations of our care services, including domiciliary and residential care.
4. Develop and implement care plans tailored to meet individual client needs.
5. Manage budgets, resources, and staff rotas efficiently.

7. Drive recruitment and staff development initiatives to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.
What We’re Looking For:
1. A proven track record in managing healthcare services.
2. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
3. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance standards.
4. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
5. A commitment to delivering person-centered care and improving lives.
