This role is pivotal in managing and dynamically deploying Customer Care Agents across operational areas and addressing challenges in real time. Additionally, the Supervisor will provide daily summaries and weekly progress reports to support broader operational analysis and strategy.We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Supervisor to join our team at Manchester Airport. This permanent position operates on 4 days on, 4 days off schedule, with shifts beginning at 3am and ending at 2pm. The role involves supervising and supporting Customer Care Agents on the terminal floor to ensure tasks are executed efficiently.Responsibilities:Dynamic Task Allocation: Determine where Customer Care Agents are needed most based on real-time operational priorities and challenges.Stakeholder Collaboration: Balance stakeholder requests with operational needs, ensuring alignment with automation and housekeeping objectives. Escalation and Resolution: Address immediate operational issues and determine when escalations are required. Performance Management: Make decisions regarding team coaching, task reallocation, and individual feedback to optimize team effectiveness. Skills:Experience in a supervisory or operational role, ideally within an airport, logistics, or transport environment.Proven ability to manage and inspire a team in dynamic and fast-paced conditions.Ability to work collaboratively with external stakeholders.Problem solving and organisational skills.**All necessary training will be provided during first couple of weeks of onboarding.
