If you have worked in the education sector and have coordinated student exams, then this role for an Examination Officer could be right for you.
Some of your duties will include:
1. Assisting the Curriculum and Funding Manager to ensure the Examinations Department adheres to rules and regulations.
2. Training Invigilators/staff to ensure compliance with awarding body requirements.
3. Ensuring the MIS system is the primary source for examination data and recording information efficiently.
4. Assisting with ensuring students are registered as candidates as required by awarding bodies.
5. Ensuring correct examination papers/materials are on site in advance of examinations.
6. Organising examination venues and ensuring students, staff, and Invigilators are aware of arrangements.
