The Role
Bank Staff - Residential Support Workers
Rolle House Children’s Home
£14.85-£17.68 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
Interested in Care, but want to try the role first or need more flexibility? We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and committed individuals to provide care and support to children and young people aged between 5 and 17 years who are Deaf or hard of hearing and have complex needs. The role will be based at our Rolle House Children's Home which is in the seaside town of Exmouth.
A British Sign Language qualification is not essential, and this role can fit around studies and another job. We’ll provide full training, including British Sign Language (BSL) training! This is a great opportunity to be part of a flexible team, whilst promoting the social, emotional wellbeing, development and safeguarding the welfare of children and young adults. The role will involve working on a shift rota pattern including evenings, some weekend work – as and when required by the Academy.

The hourly rate for this role starts from £14.85ph, including holiday pay and increases with completion of L3 NVQ H&SC and L1, 2 and 3 BSL qualifications.
