Responding to customer or client queries, resolving issues when possible, and taking messages. Handling applications and ensuring system records are current. Supporting the creation of documents or presentations for management. Participating in various business projects as necessary. Carrying out all other general administrative duties as needed. Administration experience gained within a professional services setting would be preferred. Excellent organisational skills and proficient with IT. Capable of working autonomously and showing initiative. Excellent communication abilities and a proactive attitude towards resolving issues.
