Summary: As Meta's collaboration systems expand in both size and complexity, this position will actively participate in their deployment to ensure system and infrastructure reliability. The AV Program Specialist will implement best practices and detailed methodologies to improve workflow and performance. They will be involved both in driving the growth of internal collaboration technology and in improving the quality of existing AV systems used globally at Meta. You will be integrating complex production spaces, including video routers/switchers, sound systems, theatrical lighting, and state of the art display technologies supporting Meta's Audio Visual, Video Conferencing, and web streaming experience. Required Skills: Audio Visual Program Specialist Responsibilities: - Manage a program that builds scalable collaboration, presentation and production environments for Meta from gathering project requirements, design management, procurement, deployment, commissioning, and sign off with operational teams. - Collaborate with peers, stakeholders, managers, internal, and external partners to deliver high quality AV systems. - Manage project budgets and resources to ensure successful project delivery. - Manage external integration vendors, ensuring accountability for deliverables that are both on time and within budget. - Create long-range planning and roadmaps inline with dynamic priorities. Proven track record of planning and execution in nebulous business environments. - Contribute to the development of future event, studio, conference and specialty collaboration spaces. - Innovate and enhance reliability, functionality, and quality of AV systems. - Identify gaps and bottlenecks in the product deployment pipeline by participating in project milestone reviews and provide solutions to improve the organization's effectiveness. - Provide project updates to management and leadership on a regular basis. - Play the role of an adviser to stakeholders in the company and advise them on new and existing technologies and work together to advocate best practices. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: - BA/BS degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. - 5 years experience in project management in enterprise organizations in a technical field (AV, Networking, Infrastructure, IT Construction, etc.) - 5 years experience with typical event/theatre space technologies, broadcast AV, routing and control systems, production lighting, LED/LCD displays, projection systems, live streaming infrastructure, custom audio visual installations, video conferencing, etc. - 5 years of new construction, retrofit construction / job site experience. - Audio Visual technical competency and demonstrated experience in leading and influencing across functional groups. - Understands Program Management fundamentals, managing multiple deliverables at different levels, and driving a strategic vision. - Experience supporting and/or troubleshooting AV, networking and computer systems. - Capacity to travel up to 25% of the time.
