We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our growing Central division overseeing a multisite contract for a local authority client.
You’ll be managing a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring their 66 sites are thoroughly supervised and that the specified standards are met and maintained to a high level. No two days will be the same. When you’re dealing with people there’s never a dull moment, and you’ll use your strong interpersonal skills to support and develop your team.
As an Account Manager you’ll be:
* Maintaining strong client relationship with high levels of satisfaction
* Providing and maintaining the quality-of-service delivery
* Managing, recruiting, and coaching local service teams
* Carrying out ad-hoc and regular activities such as projects, reports, audits as required by and to support the Operations Manager.
* Be responsible for ensuring Health & Safety procedures and legislation is adhered to
* Looking for opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings and account growth.
