Were working with a large independent agency that is remote first, looking for a Paid Search & Social Executive to join their growing performance marketing team. Our Client A growing fully integrated agency, they work with leading global B2B brands. They are remote first with offices in the North and London. The Role Reporting to the Head of Performance, youll play a crucial role in day-to-day campaign management, optimisations, reporting, and actionable insights to improve performance. Youll be managing and optimising paid search and social campaigns, primarily across Google Search, LinkedIn, and Meta, monitoring key metrics including conversations rates, ROI and CTR. Youll collaborate with creative teams to refine and improve ads based on your insights, and work with senior performance colleagues to inform ongoing strategy and campaign effectiveness for clients. You Ideally you would have 12 months experience in a Paid / Performance Marketing role, but theyre happy to consider ambitious candidates with just a few months experience as well as candidates from broader Digital Marketing roles who wish to move into a more specialist role. Youll bring a proactive and analytical mindset, able to interpret data into actionable insights as well as good communication skills. Ideally youll have some knowledge of working in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads Manager, but they can help you to develop your knowledge and skills in all platforms.
